Frequently Asked Questions
Practical information about availability, viewings, test drives, finance, part exchange, warranty and buying a used vehicle.
How do I confirm that a vehicle is still available?
Check the current stock page and contact Novix Motors before travelling. Stock status can change quickly and the website feed may require a short period to update.
Can I book a viewing or test drive?
Send a vehicle enquiry or contact the dealership. The team will confirm availability, appointment arrangements and any identification or driving-licence requirements.
Can I reserve a vehicle online?
Online reservation payments are not currently available through the website. Contact the team if you would like to discuss holding a vehicle.
Is finance available?
Use the Finance page to make an initial enquiry. Finance is subject to status and approved terms. No acceptance or rate is guaranteed.
Can I part exchange my current vehicle?
Yes, you can submit your vehicle details for an initial assessment. Any figure discussed before inspection is provisional.
Will Novix buy my car if I am not purchasing another vehicle?
Use the Sell Your Car page. The team will decide whether the vehicle fits its purchasing requirements and may arrange an inspection.
What warranty is included?
Warranty arrangements can vary. Confirm the provider, duration, coverage, exclusions and claims process for the specific vehicle before purchase.
What documents should I receive?
The documents depend on the vehicle and transaction. Ask the dealership to confirm the V5C process, MOT information, service records, warranty documents, finance documents where applicable, invoice and available keys.
Can a vehicle be delivered?
Delivery coverage, cost and conditions must be confirmed directly with the dealership before relying on delivery as part of the purchase.
What happens if I buy without visiting the dealership?
If you are considering buying without visiting the dealership, contact the team so the applicable sales process, terms and cancellation rights can be explained before you commit.
How do I make a complaint?
Use the Complaints Procedure page and provide the vehicle details, transaction date, issue, supporting evidence and the outcome you are seeking.
