Information to include

• The vehicle registration or stock reference.
• The date of the transaction or relevant contact.
• A clear description of the issue.
• Copies of relevant correspondence or evidence.
• The outcome you are seeking.

What happens next

Novix Motors will review the complaint, may ask for further information and will keep you informed while the matter is considered.

Finance or warranty complaints

If the issue concerns a finance or warranty provider, Novix Motors will explain the relevant provider contact or escalation route where applicable.
